This school was a good one once upon a time when it was under different management (it was Peninsula School for Autism then). When Faison bought this school their services went down. While my son was there they didn't offer any Physical activities, we even offered to provide the school a Cyber Bicycle, if the parents ask a reasonable request, they go all silent. We asked them to visit their facility in Richmond to prove they are not providing the same services in Newport News, they all went silent again. During the pandemic they never reached out to us to support our son's education, all they were sending was a routine weekly e-mail. I am not an educator, parents need support. The very first time they contacted us during the pandemic was only to warn us that our son will be discharged due to City is not paying them. We had IEP meetings to address this, but all our efforts went to zero. When we informed them our son got vaccinated and ready to go back to school in person, the VERY
