parent in distress

I was very disappointed with the level of the communication between the hospital staff and parents. The information I recieved regarding the care of my child came directly from my child I would then follow up to see what my child was telling me with the evening staff who seemed to know little about what was going on. Even on discharge I was informed by my daughter the day before that she would be discharged I called the next morning and the staff stated it was not ordered as of yet but would give me a call. I called at 5pm the staff unaware looked in her record and found out that she had already been discharged. Stated I could pick her up at my leisure. NOw visitation was not until 730pm so when were they going to tell me? My daughter said she asked them several times to call and notify me. No one called and she thought I was not coming to get her. I never got to speak with Dr.Wiseman even though I left several messages for him to call. I did recieve a message from the dayshi
