Family Support Group” is a FREE, weekly, 90-minute meeting for family and friends of individuals who have mental illnesses. Participants can speak openly about their challenges and help one another through their sharing of learned wisdom. ​Our Zoom Family Support Group for family members, caregivers and concerned friends is held every Tuesday from 7-8:30PM If you are interested in attending either of the support groups, please contact us by either email nami.williamsburg.zoom@gmail.com (preferred) or calling 757-220-8535.
