Our free food pantry is open to all residents in Grove for weekly visits. Families may visit our produce room any day the pantry is open to re-stock fresh and perishable items. Pantry is open Mondays 11am-2pm, Tuesdays 1pm-6pm and Fridays 9am-1pm. If you find yourself in an emergency situation outside of pantry hours, call us at 757-887-1100 and we will see how we can help. Nobody should go hungry when there is a bounty to be shared. If you have never visited, please bring your proof of residency. This can be a utility bill such as from Dominion or Waterworks or a copy of a rent or lease statement. Please do not bring your driver's license or social security statement for proof of residency.

Fresh food is available for Grove neighbors to choose from in our Fresh Food Room during pantry hours, and can and dry goods are provided after you fill out your Grove shopping list. We also have snack bags for kids, diapers for families with small children and assorted cleaning and hygiene items. If you or someone in your home has special dietary restrictions, please let us know, we want to serve you well.
